• Quotations are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation following inspection of the aircraft. Final scope and pricing may be adjusted where actual condition or requirements differ.
• A quotation is an invitation to proceed and does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm the booking in writing.
• You are responsible for arranging safe and timely access to the aircraft at the agreed location and time.

By engaging our services, you warrant that:

• You own the aircraft or are duly authorised to instruct work on it.
• You have disclosed any known pre-existing damage, defects, sensitive modifications, or conditions relevant to the work.
• You hold and maintain appropriate insurance for the aircraft.

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care, using aviation-grade, paint-safe products and methods appropriate to the work. We handle sensitive components with care and follow our safety protocol.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent or hidden defects, or for deterioration, wear, or damage that is not caused by our negligence, including issues that only become visible once cleaning is performed.

Prices are quoted per engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on the terms stated in your quotation or invoice. We may require a deposit to confirm a booking. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LA AeroSolutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or aircraft availability, arising from our services or your use of this website.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

You agree to indemnify and hold LA AeroSolutions harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misrepresentation, or your failure to disclose relevant information about the aircraft.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, airfield or hangar access restrictions, equipment failure, or acts of any authority.

This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness or availability, and we are not liable for any reliance placed on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 applies to electronic dealings through this website.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These terms, together with any quotation and our other policies, constitute the entire agreement between us. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will be available on this page.
