Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every engagement to go smoothly. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work, and how we put things right if you are not satisfied.

Bespoke services

Our services are quoted and scheduled per aircraft and engagement. Because work is reserved specifically for you, the terms below apply to changes and cancellations.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, it confirms your slot and is applied to the final invoice. Deposit handling on cancellation is set out below.

Cancellation or rescheduling by you

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled time: you may cancel or reschedule at no charge, and any deposit is refunded or carried over.
  • Within 48 hours of the scheduled time: a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover reserved time and preparation.
  • Non-attendance or no access to the aircraft at the agreed time: the deposit may be forfeited.

Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

Cancellation by us

If we need to cancel or reschedule — for example due to weather, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control — we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund of any deposit paid.

If you are not satisfied

Your satisfaction matters to us. If any part of the work does not meet the agreed standard, contact us within 3 days of completion and we will assess and, where reasonable, rectify the work at no additional cost. This remediation is our standard remedy and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of completed work.

Refund processing

Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable period after it is agreed.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other applicable law.
