Why it matters

Cleaning is preventative maintenance.

It looks cosmetic. It isn't. Done properly and regularly, it protects the airframe, the systems, and the value of the asset.

01

Safety

Dirt, oil, and residue hide cracks, corrosion, and leaks. A clean airframe is an inspectable one.

02

Corrosion

Moisture and contaminants attack aluminium at joints, rivets, and seams. Removing them protects structural integrity.

03

Performance

A clean surface means less drag — and less drag means lower fuel burn over the life of the aircraft.

04

Reliability

Blocked drains, dirty sensors, and clogged vents fail when it is least convenient. Cleaning keeps systems honest.

05

Longevity & resale

Paint, composites, windows, and seals last longer when maintained — and a cared-for aircraft holds its value.

06

Presentation

A clean aircraft signals discipline and proper maintenance. It is the first thing anyone sees.

Our process

Methodical, from assessment to handover.

A defined sequence, the same every time — so you know exactly what happens to your aircraft and when.

01

Assessment & quote

We inspect the aircraft, agree the scope, and give you a clear, itemised quote with a realistic turnaround.

02

Surface-safe preparation

Sensitive components are identified and protected, and the aircraft is prepared so every surface is handled correctly.

03

Detailing

Exterior, interior, and brightwork are worked methodically using aviation-grade, paint-safe products and controlled technique.

04

Brightwork & final inspection

Metal surfaces are polished to a controlled finish and the whole aircraft is inspected against our standard before sign-off.

05

Handover

We walk you through the completed work and hand back an aircraft that looks — and is — properly cared for.

Safety & compliance

Trained where the standards are highest.

Our team comes from the South African Air Force flight line. We bring that discipline to every aircraft — using aviation-grade, paint-safe products and handling sensitive components with the care they demand.

Safety protocol

  • Aviation-grade, paint-safe products only
  • Pitot tubes, static ports, sensors and probes are never touched
  • Heated leading edges handled with appropriate care
  • Aircraft secured before any work begins
  • A methodical process, inspected before handover

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Where is the work carried out?

We are based in Pretoria and work at your hangar or FBO across Gauteng. Travel to other airfields can be arranged by request.

Are your products and methods paint-safe?

Yes. We use aviation-grade, paint-safe products and technique throughout, and we handle sensitive components — including heated leading edges — with care informed by years on the flight line.

What is the typical turnaround?

It depends on aircraft size and the scope of work. We confirm a realistic turnaround when we assess the aircraft and quote, and we plan around your schedule to minimise downtime.

Which aircraft do you service?

Privately owned and operated aircraft — from turboprops to business jets. If you are unsure whether your aircraft is suited to our process, ask us and we will advise honestly.

How is pricing handled?

Every aircraft and scope is different, so we quote per engagement rather than publishing fixed prices. Request a quote and we will give you a clear, itemised figure.

How do I book?

Request a quote with your aircraft type, base, and preferred timing, or call us directly. We respond promptly and confirm the next available slot.
